Steve has been a trustee on the Board for the past two years and has lived at Regency for more than four years. During his time as a Trustee, Steve helped to finalize the transition agreement with Toll Brothers.

Before coming to Regency, Steve served as president and treasurer of a 420 unit cooperative for 17 years; served as president and treasurer of a 308 unit condominium for 14 years; and served as a member of the HOA board of the condominium complex.
