Russ and his wife Ellen moved to Regency from Mount Laurel, N.J. in October 2013. He wanted to retire and enjoy the amenities a community like Regency offers, plus live in a central location that put him and his wife close to family, friends, culture and the beach.

Since arriving, Russ has served for three years on the golf committee and two years as an officer of the Regency Bowling League. He has participated in countless other activities. He lives at Regency year-round and has no intention of moving.

Russ spent 25 years at Polaroid Corporation at a Director level, managing operating budgets in excess of $100 MM and inventories in excess of $300 MM. While at Polaroid, Russ took advance management courses from the Sloan School at MIT and Harvard Business School. He was Vice President for Manufacturing, Logistics and Distribution for Biotelemetry Inc., a heart monitoring medical company, where he managed distribution, manufacturing, purchasing services, materials and facilities for 10 years.

Russ brings a strong business background and specialized expertise in budgets, planning and management to help move the Regency HOA forward. He sees the need for the community to continue openness in the HOA and to be more independent of its ties with Toll Brothers.
