Prior to moving to Regency in 2005, Richard served as President and Treasurer of his condo association in Mahwah NJ.

Since moving to Regency he has been active as President of the Men’s Club and has served as vice president of the Regency HOA for several years and as liaison to the entertainment committee.  Resident concerns and issues are a prime concern and need to be responded to in a professional and timely manner. I also serve on the township committees for non residential cable services and affordable housing. I also interact with the township to keep our residents abreast of issues that affect us and insure that we are properly represented.

Richard and his wife Hedda are full time residents and very proud to be part of this wonderful community and remain committed to keep Regency at Monroe as the number one active adult community
