As many homeowners are aware we have updated and replaced our entry and exit gates with new breakaway gates as well as new operators.  What most homeowners do not know is that all gates are equipped with cameras.

Homeowners are asked to contact the Management office asap, if you hit one of our gates.  This allows us to reset or fix the gates, so the community can feel comfortable that our security procedures are in place.

If homeowners do not inform us, these mishaps are recorded and footage is pulled by the Management office.   In the circumstance where a homeowner reports damage, we understand accidents do occur and there may be mitigating circumstances.   If the accident is not reported, Management reserves the right and may ask homeowners to pay for the necessary repair costs.

Please understand that Management will also pursue any vendor or delivery person damaging the common areas of the Regency community.  We thank you in advance for your help with this issue.

If a gate has been damaged Monday through Friday, please contact the Clubhouse at 732-605-9800 between the hours of 9:00am to 8:00pm and on Saturday and Sunday from the hours of 10:00am to 4:00pm.

If you need to report a damaged gate after hours please contact 1-800-870-0010.  The FirstService Residential Customer Care Center will then contact Stephanie and Jennifer, who will dispatch the appropriate individual’s to repair.
