It is Management’s responsibility to ensure the upkeep and aesthetic value of the community.  Management will begin our annual inspection for homes requiring power washing the week of May 6^th in compliance with the Association Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions:

 Article 7  Section 7.01 Restrictions –  (e) Maintenance.. Each homeowner shall promptly furnish, perform and be responsible for, at his own expense, the repair, maintenance…of his own home.

Homes requiring power washing will be sent a notification from Management.  If you already have power washing scheduled, please inform the Management office.
