It is Management’s responsibility to ensure the upkeep and aesthetic value of the community.  Management will begin our annual inspection for homes requiring power washing the week of May 6th in compliance with the Association Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions:

 Article 7  Section 7.01 Restrictions –  (e) Maintenance.. Each homeowner shall promptly furnish, perform and be responsible for, at his own expense, the repair, maintenance…of his own home.

Homes requiring power washing will be sent a notification from Management.  If you already have power washing scheduled, please inform the Management office.
