We have arranged to have a multi-course degustation (tasting) dinner at a local restaurant on Sunday, March 17th. The restaurant is described as “A Modern Indian Bistro.” The food here does honor the traditional recipes, however, the dishes are presented in a very upscale, modern, manner. Recipes from various regions and different cooking styles are represented. If you always thought that Indian food was all curry and ‘spicy hot’ you’re in for a pleasant surprise. If you are an Indian food fan already you may find this restaurant adds a new dimension to the cuisine.

The cost of the dinner, which includes tax and tip, is $61 per person. The restaurant is BYOB; soft drinks are included in the cost of the dinner.  Remember there is no membership fee and no commitment other than to the dinners you’d like to attend.
