Trash / Recycling Reminders:

As our snowbirds slowly return home we would like to remind everyone about our Trash and Recycling Policies.  Trash is picked up on Wednesday and Saturday and should be placed in your solid color container.  Recycling is picked up every Wednesday and homeowners are to use the can with the yellow lid.

Regency at Monroe uses a private refuse company.  Attached is a flyer regarding recyclable items.  At Regency we use a Single Stream method of recycling.  All items listed on the attached flyer can be co-mingled into the same can.

When to place cans out?

Cans may be placed out at 6:00pm the night before pick up.  Thank you.

Championship Exit Gate

this gate was hit by a car exiting the community.  Due to the extent of the damage, a new control board had to be ordered.  We anticipate this replacement board to be installed this week.

Outdoor Amenities

All courts are now available for play.  We are still working on the finishing touches, like shade and windscreens, and anticipate (weather permitting) having everything complete and installed by April 5^th.
