Trustee Alton Kinsey believes in asking how repairs, maintenance, and improvements are approached, since contracts signed in the past might not be in the best interest of the community going forward. He think repairs, maintenance, and improvements should be addressed holistically: related problems should be addressed together, when economically feasible. Components of an area should be periodically inspected and evaluated. A faulty component could possibly be replaced prior to a service breakdown or prior to the end of the service agreement.

Alton promises to strive to do his duties as openly and honestly as possible. He will make sure that decisions made on the community’s behalf are executed as expeditiously and as cost effective as possible. He believe this is how great neighborhoods and great friendships are built.
